Announcing Donnelly’s 25th Anniversary and
New Contact Center

In June 2006, Donnelly will celebrate 25 years of continuous 24-hour, 7-day-a-week service to clients.

This 25th anniversary year will also mark the Grand Opening of our new, ultra-modern flagship facility, a 300-seat capacity call center located in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia.

The new center will consolidate our existing east and west coast facilities. The move to a single, larger call center is designed to enhance the caliber of service we provide to our clients and their customers through:

  • increased call capacity and ability to handle call spikes
  • integrated CSR training creating improved call performance
  • stream-lined operations allowing us to continue delivering outstanding cost-to-revenue relationships for clients

Clients will experience no break in service during our transition. In fact, we will be enhancing the disaster recovery systems that ensure a reliable response to your customer calls.

We will maintain our sales and client services teams in Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, Orlando, Denver and in Everett, Washington.
